About me
The eternal knot symbolizes interdependence, a core element of my worldview shaped by my Buddhist upbringing. I deeply believe that everything that exists results from a myriad of causes and conditions that made it so. We are a product of generations that came before us, and we remain inextricably interconnected to all around us. Our path to justice, our collective liberation, is tied to each other.
After over 20 years in the philanthropic and non-profit evaluation field, a sense of interdependence remains a central inspiration for the work for me. I find my joy in developing frameworks that get to the essence of what connects a body of work, carrying out analysis that surfaces the deep cultural and structural context that underlies it, unpacking real-time learning that serves to advance equity and justice-focused work...lifting up silenced voices that necessarily must shape our collective path forward.
A firm belief in interdependence also lies at the heart of why I humbly approach all my work--with clients, colleagues, and communities-- in a true spirit of partnership. I look forward to the opportunity to connect and partner.
